SHIPPING POLICY:

All items ordered online will ship via the method chosen during checkout. During the checkout process there are four options:

1. Pick-Up at Sportsland. Choosing this option will have your items available for pick-up at our store at no additional cost.

2. Pick-Up at Athletic Office. Choosing this option will have your order dropped off in the school athletic office when complete at no additional cost. Please make sure that your team store has this shipping method as an option as some school offices do not want to receive the team orders.

3. Shipped to your home. Choosing this method will have your items shipped directly to the address specified when the order is completed. There will be a charge for UPS ground shipping for this method.

4. Sportsland Pick-Up by Team Rep. Choosing this method will have your order picked up by a team representative and handed out at school/practice/game. The team representative is typically the person from the team who sets up the online store with Sportsland. There is no extra cost for this option.

In all four options you will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready. Please check your individual team stores for estimated delivery dates, in most cases orders will be delivered in 3-4 weeks after the close date. If there are any issues with the selected delivery method Sportsland will contact the customer to resolve.

Sportsland offers the highest quality products to our customers but from time to time we realize there are unforeseen issues. Sportsland stands behind its products and wants our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience.

RETURN POLICY:

Retail Purchases:

All regular priced retail purchases can be returned for a full refund of original purchase, with a receipt, assuming items are in new condition with all tags attached. After 60 days no items are returnable. Sale or Clearance items are always final sale, no returns or exchanges. All bats must still be in the factory wrapper to be returned with a receipt. Defective, dented or broken bats must be dealt with through the manufacturer.

Online Team Store Purchases:

Online team store items are custom made for each team/organization with specific logos and numbers. Because of this customization, the items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. The only exception to this would be if there were a manufacturer’s defects with an item. If there is a defect with an item Sportsland will either refund the amount paid or have a replacement made as quickly as possible. Sportsland is not responsible for the wrong size being ordered or misspelling.
